Hi Liz,

Ambassador have managed to resolve the fire alarm problems - I think there were 2-3 people in school all day from 9 until about 6!

I have to say, Ambassador did a top-notch job. 

Workers were polite, tidy and put in a long day to get the job finished - in the morning, as the nature of the problem became clear, they were predicting needing a second day, so a rare occasion of works being done quicker than expected (how often do you hear that!)
